Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for expert witness services in support of three (3) each enforcement cases that are being prepared for trial. The EPA intends on awarding a sole source Purchase Order to Rimkus Consulting Group of Houston, Texas in order to fulfill this requirement. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-3. Interested parties may identify their capabilities in response to this requirement. The Government will consider responses solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct future competitive procurements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Numbered Note 22.
