Description

Provide isotopes and needles to be used for Brachytherapy Prostate Cancer treatment; provide Medical Radiation Physics/Dosimetry Service preparation of a permanent prostate radioactive seed implant plan to include supplies and services for destination priced proposals for an estimated 100 patients annually; include costs for I-125 and/or Pd-103 isotopes, seed loader/carrier if applicable, needles, training, returns, cancellations, with prostate seed pre-implant plan and Brachytherapy dose post-plan dosimetry, and other standard industry product and practices. Solicitation documents available on or before September 17, 2001 with offers due 10/12/2001.
