Description

Provide maintenance services for CISCO 7513 SMARTNET, to include 24x7x365 on major and maintenance releases of IOS software via Cisco Connection On-Line (CCO) or media, registered access to CCO, access to Cisco technical Assistance Center for priority 1 and 2 telephone support with critical problem escalation and 24x7x4 (24 hours a day, 7 days per week, within 4-hour response time) on delivery of hardware replacement parts. Place of performance is William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, TX. Period of performance 1 Oct 01 thru 30 Sep 02. All responsible small business may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. No telephone request for solicitation will be accepted.
