Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single award to a responsible quoter for a non-personal service contract for Accompaniment and Musical Guidance Services to be provided to the inmate population at the United States Penitentiary (USP) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC), Pollock, Louisiana, for Mass and Protestant services. The requirement for Accompanist service shall consist of one position working an estimated four 1-hour sessions per week. The total number of sessions for a 12-month contract period is estimated at 180 sessions. The Contractor must have one year church music accompanist experience. The Contractor will conduct, but will not necessarily be limited to providing instruction, counseling, leadership training in musical ritual, traditions, and choral matters. Services will normally be provided Sunday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. thru 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. The solicitation will be available on or about October 1, 2001, with a deadline for receipt of quotations of approximately, October 15, 2001. This procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business concerns. Requests for Quotations should be submitted in writing only. Telephone and facsimile request will not be accepted. All responsible offers within the competitive range will be considered. Solicitations will be available October 1, 2001. "See note(s) 1".
