Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single award to a responsible quoter for a non-personal service contract for Eastern Religion services to be provided to the inmate population at the United States Penitentiary (USP) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC), Pollock, LA. The requirement for a certified Eastern Religion (Hindu, Buddhist) Minister shall consist of one position working 1 2-hour session per month normally on Saturdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. The total number of sessions for a 12-month contract period is estimated at 12 sessions. The Contractor will but will not necessarily be limited to providing instruction, counseling, leadership training in rituals, traditions, and spiritual guidance in Eastern Religion faith matters. The contractor is required to be a licensed minister of an Eastern Religion. Services. The solicitation will be available on or about October 1, 2001, with a deadline for receipt of quotations on approximately, October 15, 2001. This procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business concerns. Requests for Quotations should be submitted in writing only. Telephone and facsimile request will not be accepted.
