Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued. Solicititation Number F73med1206040 is being issued as a Sole Source Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. This acquisition falls under Norht American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561110; the size standard is $5 million. This solicitation contains only one line item as follows: LINE ITEM 0001- Provide services as resource area coordinator for the family support center. Duties to include: oversee and maintain the customer resource center in the Family Support Center on Travis AFB. The primary emphasis is to assist customers on the computer with questions regarding word processing, PACS, resume/cover letter writing, job/company listings, the Scholarship Resource Network software, relocation computer programs, and other computer software as is installed. In addition, the Resource Coordinator will update and post job listings on a timely basis, contact employers for job leads, maintain files on companies, and work with the respective FSC personnel to ensure quality customer service. Work to be performed M-F 0730-1630, excluding holidays, for a maximum of 2000 hours annually. Service to be provided from 24 Aug 2001 -- 23 August 2002. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. FAR 52.212-2 is not applicable to this acquisition. Offerors must include a completed copy of of FAR 52.212-3 Representation and Certifications- Commercial items with this offer.
