Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to enter into a sole source commercial item contract with Dow Jones for its online Dow Jones Newsstand/Wall Street Journal Interactive, which provides comprehensive coverage of up to the minute business and financial news (e.g. the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, Barrons, Forbes). The anticipated period of performance for this service is from October 1, 2001 -- September 30, 2002. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation is available. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Interested persons may identify their interest and a bonafide capacity to meet this requirement by sending an email to Thora Stanwood.
