Description

This procurement is to negotiate and award a fixed price contract. Note 22 applies. Negotiations will be conducted with Whitney, Bailey, Cox & Magnani, LLC, 849 Fairmount Avenue, Suite 100, Baltimore, MD 21286. Some anticipated tasks to be completed under this contract are as follows: Engineering services, drafting, testing of soils, preparation of environmental plans required by Maryland Department of the Environment. ESTIMATED COST RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Project AJXF 95-1506 consists of providing architectural-engineering services required to update an outdated design, including but not limited to: Provide approved Stormwater Management Plan or Waiver and Sediment and Erosion Control Plan; provide complete Geotechnical analysis of project area to determine if unsuitable or contaminated soils exist; and provide updated drawings, specifications, cost estimate, and pricing schedule.
