Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the FAR Part 13, and the Commercial Procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, and DFARS Part 212. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be written. Purchase Request Number, F73MED11650700, is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621999. The government intends to solicit and award this purchase order for the following: (LINE ITEM 0001:) TO PROVIDE CODING AND ABSTRACTING SERVICES FOR THE INPATIENT RECORDS DEPARTMENT, DAVID GRANT MEDICAL CENTER, TRAVIS AFB, CA . PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE -- 1 OCT 2001 THROUGH 30 SEP 2002. STATEMENT OF WORK WILL BE FAXED UPON REQUEST. This solicitation contains one line item. FOB point is Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535. .
