Description

The required Satellite System must have a 10 to 13 channel program capability, to include the following: Uni-Vision and Galavision (Hispanic), ABC, FOX, CBS, NBC, and TNT on the programming package. The Satellite System must be installed and have a guaranteed warranty package, to include the following: a one year 24 hour a day, seven days a week service, to include all holidays. In addition, the Satellite Systems must consist of a four channel expansion capacity, with a three channel off-air back-up capacity with multi-frequency modulators. Also required are Frequency Agile Modulators. The location of instalation is the United States Penitentiary Lee County, Virgina.
