Description

The Laboratory Service at the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota, has a requirement for specialty gases for use in the laboratory. Gases include: Nitrogen-Ultra High Purity, 230 CF, Grade 5, Tank size K; Helium-Ultra High Purity, 217 CF, 99.999%, Grade 5, tank size K; Argon-Prepurified, 248 CF, 9.998, Grade 4.8, Tank size K; Nitrogen, Gaseous, Medical, 228 CF, NF Grade, Tank size K; Carbon Dioxide, 50 lb, Tank Size G; Anaerobe Mixture, 5% Carbon Dioxide and 5% Hydrogen in Nitrogen, 276 CF Cylinder, CGA 350; Acetylene (C2H2) Grade 2.6 (Purified) minimum purity 99.6%, 360 CF. Gases shall be provided on an as needed basis for the contract period from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with four 12- month options to renew.
