Description

The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention is soliciting proposals for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the purchase of Combination Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B Adult Vaccine. The maximum quantity is 100,000 doses. The vaccine shall be shipped F.O.B. destination to the 50 states and U.S. Territories. The contract period shall begin on the date of award and shall end on 6/30/02. Offerors must provide evidence of a current FDA establishment license and evidence of a current FDA product license for the proposed product. Solicitation number 2002-N-00002 will be issued o/a 10/03/01. Only written requests for the solicitation (including facsimile requests to 770-488-2670) directly from the requestor will be acceptable. No telephone requests. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
