Description

VA Boston Healthcare System is planning to negotiate a sole source contract with GE Medical Systems for maintenace, preventive maintenance and quality assurance review for a MR Super conducting Magnet Maintenance and cryogen (MMC) service. Equipment to be serviced: MR Magnet, cryostats and cold shield cooler compressor and shim cap. This is considered a sole source based on the need to perserve the intergity of the equipment maintained. Other sources who believe that they can meet the VA needs must provide a Business and Technical Proposal to this office by 3:00 PM, on or before, September 24, 2001.
