Description

This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (non-personal services), prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ F23606-01-Q-0108. This procurement is set-aside for small business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAICS code 333412 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is 500. The item description is as follows: 1)Weather-Rite Make-Up Air Unit, Model TOT-221 VTL 22,500 CFM. System requirements: Direct Fired Make-Up Air Unit, Natural Gas or Propane Fired, 25 HP Motor, 30:1 Burner Turn Down, 5 psi Regulator, 30% Polyester Filters, Remote Control Panel, Cooling Coil & Section 58 Ton, Air Cooled Package Chiller (Carrier), Control Interface. 2)Installation estimate. 3) Annual Maintenance for 2 years.
