Description

This is a Notice of Intent to negotiate a Sole Source contract with Dillon Precision, Scottsdale AZ for the acquisition of feeder/delinkers for GAU-2 miniguns. This purchase will be negotiated under Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 15 September 2001. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitaiton for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
