- Description
- (a) Services, Non-Personal: The 146th Airlift Wing and supported Geographically Separated Units (GSU) have a requirement for the services of a Family Readiness & Support Services Manager. (b) Principal duties include providing administrative assistance to the 146 Airlift Wing Community Manager, developing and implementing a family readiness and support program, provide consultation and assistance in identifying and addressing family issues and demographic trends which impact mission readiness and retention. Travel to attend conferences, workshops, and meetings on quality of life and family readiness and support issues may be required. (c) All Contractors must be registered in the CCR and have EFT capabilities in order to be eligible for award. CCR registration is available at www.CCR2000.com OR 1-888-227-2423. In order to register in CCR, vendors must have a DUNS number. For information on obtaining a DUNS number, the offeror, if located within the United States, should call Dun and Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505. (d) The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8322 (size standard $5.0). (e) Offerors will be required to provide a written proposal and may be required to provide an oral presentation prior to final selection for contract award. (f) The performance period will have a base year and one (1) option year, should the Government elect to accept the option. (g) This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Commercial Services Contract. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. (h) Offerors will be required to provide a written proposal and may be required to provide an oral presentation prior to final selection for contract award. (i) The solicitation will be issued on or about 14 Sep 01 with proposals due on or about 19 Oct 01.
