Description

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office intends to make a sole source award to Computer Associates for maintenance of 100 Eureka Strategy licenses for one year. USPTO believes no other source can provide this product due to the proprietary nature of the software and it's maintenance. This product is in use and is a critical component of the USPTO's Executive Information System currently in operation. Any disruption in this service would be detrimental to the agency.
