Description

SPAWAR System Center Charleston intends to issue a Request for roposal for Engineering and Technical Support Services for SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston Detachment Norfolk, Virginia in support of the following tasks: In-Service Engineering; Design Development; Test and Evaluation; Configuration Management; Integrated Logistics Support, Technical Documentation and Data Management; Acquisition and Prototype Development; Reliability, Maintainability, Availability; Failure Analysis; Training; Technical Support; Land Based Test Facilities; Installations; Field Services; Shipboard Navigation Systems Certifications; Depot Repair; and Cannibalization for the following equipment: AN/WSN-1, 2, 2A, 3, 5, 6, 7, 7A, and 7B Navigation Equipment; IP-1746/7 Control Display Units (CDU); AN/SSQ-121 Computer Aided Dead Reckoning Tracer (CADRT); AN/WQN-2 Doppler Sonar Velocity Log (DSVL) and all peripheral Navigation aids and related test equipment. The contract will be issued for a base year, with four one-option periods. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable SIC Code is 54133 with a size standard of $20M. The Government may be updating these draft documents prior to formal release of the RFP. All comments concerning the draft documents are to be provided in writing to the attention of Deborah D. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency in response to the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review this web page frequently for updates to any and all related documents.
