Description

Provide therapeutic apheresis services for and at the VA Hines, Illinois. The awarded contractor shall provide the clinical and administrative personnel necessary to render routine and emergency apheresis services to patients at the VA Hines. These services will be performed on the COBE Spectra apheresis equipment, which is currently on-site at VA Hines. This is a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) with technical proposals. All services to be provided in accordance with the specifications and work statement from the date of contract award with the possibility of four one-year options (exercised at the government's discretion). Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation should be available on or about September 10, 2001. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
