Other than full and open competition/part numbered item. Products' offered clause applies. Inadequate data available at the procuring activity. Alternate offerors are required to provide data on both the alternate and approved items for evaluation. Various increments solicited: 4-9 each, 10-14 each, 15-19 each, and 20-24 each. This is a 18-month Indefinite Quantity (IQ) solicitation. Delivery requirement is 10 within 150 days with 4 per month thereafter until completion. All respons- ible sources may submit an offer which DSCC shall consider. Numbered Note 26 applies.
