Description

The Government intends to issue orders to Raytheon Company, Tucson, Arizona, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N000 19-00-G-0325 in support of the AGM-88 High speed Anti Radiation Missile (HARM). Procure engineering and management studies, support for weapons use and capabilities, software support (studies, design, code, algorithm development and test), repair and refurbishment of prototype hardware, fabrication and test of support equipment and technical data and logistics support of the AGM-88 Weapon System. Raytheon Company is the designer, developer and sole qualified producer of the HARM and its Pe culiar Support Equipment. Only Raytheon has the experience, facilities and specially skilled personnel required to provide these unique supplies and services. No other contractor has the exclusive knowledge, intimate familiarity and demonstrated manufacturing process capabilities, as that of Raytheon Company, to meet the U.S. Navy?s requirement.
