Description

This requirement is to replace the chiller at bldg. 318 on the Naval Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC. (1) MANDATORY SCHEDULED SITE VISITS ARE REQUIRED, CONTRACTOR MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST 24 HOUR NOTICE. (2) Contractor to furnish and install a new water cooled rotary screw chiller of the same or equal capacity. (3) Current chiller is a Trane 150-ton water cooled RTHA long barrel model. (4) Chiller must have capability for operating with reduced temperature cooling water. (5) Chiller shall be of such design that is may be easily converted to ice generation. (6) Chiller must operate on 460-480 volts with a power consumption of less than 112 kw at ARI. (7) Chiller shall be provided with refrigerant isolation valves. (8) Warranty on Chiller parts shall be comprenhensive for a period of five (5) years from date of acceptance. (9) Contractor is required to provide a list of catalog cut sheets to be submitted with bid.
