Description

The U.S. Army Communications-Electronic Command (CECOM) proposes that Request for Proposals (RFP) is to be issued on or after May 24, 2001. The acquisition is for spares as well as contractor depot support for the Commanders' Tactical Terminal 3 Channel (CTT3) and CTT 1 Channel (CTT1) program. The acquisition will result in Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one year base and two one year options for spares as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and one year base and four one year options for depot support services as Time and Material (T&M). In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1) a non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Raytheon Systems Company of St. Petersburg FL. The Government does not have technical data to procure from other than the current source. CECOM has established a Business Opportunities Page (BOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of RFPs from CECOM to Industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the BOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil). Upon accessing this web page, click on CECOM Business Opportunities and go to Solicitation DAAB07-01-R-L019. Registration for a user ID and password will be necessary for submission of proposals to CECOM through the BOP. No proposals shall be submitted directly to the Contracting Officer. See Note 22.
