Description

This is a 100% set-aside for small business firms. The contract is a Combination Firm Fixes Price/Indefinite Quantity type contract. The term of the contract is for a Base period of one year and four(4)option years. It is the general intention of this solicitation to obtain Preventive Maintenance of Elevators, Dumbwaiters and Wheelchair lifts in various buildings at the Naval Support Activity, 700 Robbins Ave. Philadelphia, PA. The contractor shall inspect, repair, and perform Preventive Maintenance on elevators, dumbwaiters/wheelchair lifts in the Schedule of Firm Fixed Price Portion and Indefinite Quantity Portion in Section B. The issue date for plans and specifications is 9 October 2001 and the closing date is 22 October 2001 at 2:00pm. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7),availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Plans and specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format.
