Description

Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to install a complete rainwater catchment system, including two storage tanks with covers and a water delivery system with pump and filter; at the Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge near Hilo, HI. Estimated construction cost range is between $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00. This is not an invitation for bid. Award will be negotiated on "best value" basis based on such factors as past performance and experience, in accordance with FAR Part 15 provisions.
