Description

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a competitive firm-fixed price construction contract to repair the aircraft parking apron (south ramp and tent city) at Naval Station, Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico. Repairs are to include a new 8" thick Portland cement concrete slab overlay with a 1-inch thick asphalt bond breaker over that portion of the feature desired to be maintained for aircraft traffic or parking. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies and transportation to perform all work described in the specification. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is 20 September 2001. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet.
