UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Sources for Leased Office and Related Space Requirement: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 8,568 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield 7,450 to 7,823 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Unique Requirements: Square footage must be located within the following delineated area in the City of Yuma, AZ: North: 16th Street South: One-quarter mile South of 40th Street East: Intersection of 16th Street/Arizona Avenue; South along Arizona Avenue to 32nd Street; East along 32nd Street to Fortuna Avenue; South along Fortuna Avenue to Airport loop West: 4th Avenue Lease Term: Five (5) years firm. Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy by September 30, 2002, or sooner. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1.
