NOTICE TO INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to the World Foundation for Environment and Development to provide technical support and assistance on policy related maters concerning the implementation of aspects of Title II of the National Parks Omnibus Management Act of 1998. This is an extension to a contract awarded by the National Park Service, Washington Administrative Program Center, and the award of another contract would result in substantial duplication of costs and delay in time. Only one source is responsible and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Contracting Officer will handle all inquiries received in response to the notice of intent to aware a sole source contract to the World Foundation for Environment and Development.
