Procurement of Regular-Grade, unleaded automotive gasoline, 87 octane with additives conforming to the applicable requirements of ASTM D 4814-92 and Regular-Grade automotive Diesel Fuel conforming to the applicable requirements of ASTM D 975-92, for use at the U.S. Capitol, Botanic Gardens and House Office Buildings, Washington, D.C. during Fiscal Year 2002.
