- The Portland District intents to place an order with Unisolutions Associates, 33586 Via Lagos, Dana Point, CA 92629 for the following: Annual Software Maintenance for Unisol JobAcct license for one (1) base year and four (4) option years and new JobAcct licenses. The agency intends to issue only one (1) purchase order for the entire requirement. Statutory authority for other than full and open competition 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) . Companies which believe they can provide this software maintenance are invited to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer for consideration for this or future requirments. NAICS 51121
