Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP #0010076). The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to purchase spare rotating elements for chilled water and hot water pumps. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR 97-27. (iv) This solicitation is restricted to a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System is 333911 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. A firm-fixed-price purchase order will be issued as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
