NOTICE TO PROPOSERS The Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Texas(METRO) is planning to issue the procurement documents listed in this advertisement. It is strongly urged that all proposers attend the pre-proposal conference. The information as to when/where the pre-proposal conference will be held can be found in the solicitation document. All proposers, including small businesses proposing as prime contractors, are required to exercise good faith to use small businesses to the extent indicated in the solicitation. CONSTRUCTION: RFTP No. RT0100500: For Job Order Contracting(JOC) II. Magnitude is $30,000,000. Solicitation will be available on or about: 09-10-01. If selected the bidders will be required to submit performance and payment bonds in the amount of $30,000,000, a bid bond in the amount of $1,500,000.
