- Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to conduct maintenance dredging at Station Cape Disappointment, Ilwaco, Washington. Disposal is to Flow-lane Placement Area BB-3. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Dredge the Boat basin to 10-foot MLLW with 2-foot overdepth and dispose of the material at Flow-lane Placement Area BB-3. A leadline survey was conducted on August 1, 2000 and provides the information shown on the contract drawings. Bottom depths are approximate and to the nearest 6 inches. Potential bidders should inspect the area independently. Prior to the start of work, the Contracting Officeer will conduct a pre-dredge hydrographic survey to establish depths. The dredge area includes 2 boathouses with approximate openings of 40? wide and 30? high at MLLW. Dedging shall be required in the boathouses. B. Dredging shall be undertaken during a 30 day period between November 1st and February 28th. The contractor shall make every attempt to dispose of dredged material during outgoing tides. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 234990. Small Business size standard is $27.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
