The U.S. Military Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order with The College Digest for the College Digest Consortium membership for advertisements. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), onl y one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 541840 and the size standard is $5.0M. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a re quest for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE. See numbered Note 22.
