Description

The U.S. Military Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order with SAS Institute for a web development pilot project. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no o ther supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 511210 and the size standard is $18.0M. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WIL L BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE. See numbered Note 22.
