Description

DESC: The U. S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), Pittsburgh, PAhe U. S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), Pittsburgh, PA intends to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to Hart/IRI Infromation Service for the following: Hart/IRI will produce and mail four issues of GasTIPS during calendar year 2002. Publication dates will be on or about the months of February, May, August, and November. The publication's size, cover and layout will be substantially similar to the GasTIPS publication currently published by Gas Technology Institute, with such modifications as may be necessary to acknowledge the contributions and reflect the status of other joint sponsors, including SCNG. This request is considered to be a sole-source to Hart /IRI Information Services. Therefore, no solicitation shall result from announcement procedure. Any firm believing that they can provide the required equipment may submit a written response clearly showing it's ability to provide the required equipment, which will be considered by this agency.
