Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-01-T-0093 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 513390 with a size standard of $11 Million. The following item is required: CLIN 0001, Communications Maintenance Support to provide and secure hardware, software, labor and supervision to upgrade and maintain the telecommunications system located at Naval Air Warfare Center Training System Division (NAWCTSD), 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826. The maintenance support period for this effort will be for one (1) year following contract award, followed by one (1) option year. NOTE: The maintenance portion of this contract is subject to early termination after the initial one (1) year contract period pending takeover of the telecommunication function by the Naval/Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) contract as described in the Statement of Work. Delivery of all necessary hardware and software related to this effort shall be made no later than 60 days after award to Naval Air Warfare Center Training System Division, ATTN: Charles Warren; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. The following FAR/DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.2121-7001. The following evaluation criteria shall be used as addenda to FAR 52.212-2(a): (i) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (subfactors: N/A); (ii) price; and (iii) past performance. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (1), 52.203-6; (3), 52.219-4; (5), 52.219-8; (11), 52.222-21; (12), 52.222-26; (15), 52.222-37; (24), 52.222-33. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(c) apply: None. The following clause(s) of DFARS 52.212-7001(b) and (c) apply: 252.243-7002. A completed copy of the following must be included with each quote: FAR 52.212-3, DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clause also applies: DFARS 252.204-7004, "Required Central Contractor Registration". The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A.
