Description

Architect-Engineering contract for Sheppard AFB, TX. Subject to availability of funds, we anticipate award of any or all contracts as follows: (1) F41612-01-T0200, contractor will perform site survey and provide a contour map for drainage ditch, East of Bldg 1360, in accordance with statement of work and drawings. Performance period for this survey will be 30 calendar days, (2) F41612-01-T0201, contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required to survey Built-Up Roofs in accordance with the statement of work. Performance period for this survey will be 180 calendar days, (3) F41612-01T0202, contractor shall perform site survey and provide a contour map for runway 15L/33R in accordance with statement of work and drawings. Performance period for this survey will be 30 calendar days. Significant evaluation criteria listed in relative order of importance are: (a) professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; (b) specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required; (c) capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; (d) past performance in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance scheduled; (e) location in the general geographical area of Wichita Falls, TX and knowledge of the locality of Wichita Falls TX. Also provide information on volume of work awarded to your firm during the past 12 months by DOD and the extent to which your firm utilizes small businesses and small disadvantaged businesses.
