Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source contract to Pearson Education, Divisio n of Prentice Hall, Eden Prairie, MN, for the following: Line Item: 0001: Book entitled "World Geography: Building a Global Perspective, 2002 Student Edition", Quantity: 4430, Deliver by 24 Sep 2001. This is a sole source procurement under the aut hority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the spec ified books, they must respond to this notice before 1200hrs (Central Time) on 13 September 2001. If no responses are receiv ed by the above date, a sole source contract with Pearson Education, Division of Prentice Hall, will be pursued.
