Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical itmes prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested from Motorola IISG, Scottsdale, AZ, on a sole source basis. Solicitation N00244-01-T-1171 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 and DCN 20001213. The NAICS is 334220 and business size standard is 750 employees. Requirement is for 2 ea Motorola URC-200 Transceivers, P/N 01-P36742M001; 2 ea EBN 30 Band Enhancement, P/N 01-P37200N; 2 ea EBN-400 Band Enhancement, P/N 01-P39234N; and 2 ea UAC-100 Power Supply, P/N 01-P35860M001. Delivery is FOB dest to Norco, CA, 90 DARO. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, applies. Offeror shall complete and provide a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. The clauses at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
