Description

This solicitation DAHA72-01-Q-0025 is a request for quotation (RFQ). Proposed acquisition will be by firm, fixed price contract. The solicitation is for the purchase of a Multi-Functional Modular Fluid Filtration System (MMFFS). It is to be used for the pre- and post treatment of water used in reverse osmosis water purification units (ROWPU). The Government intends to award a sole source contract to WATEC, Inc., which is the exclusive sale representative for this system. The Government reserves the rig ht to award a purchase order without discussions. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. The solicitation wil be issued on September 17, 2001 and may be requested by fax or e-mail from Ruth Frorup -- fax (340) 712-7819/7866, e-mail -- frorupr@vi-arng.ngb.army.mil. The date for receipt of quotations is September 24, 2001.
