Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intents to procure sole source with Motorola under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Supplies to be procured are as follows: ITEM 0001: 30 EACH, HT 750 PORTABLE RADIO, 4 CH, MOTOROLA P/N AAH25KDC9AA2-N; ITEM 0002: 30 EACH, 1900 MAH NMH ULTRA HIGH CAPACITY BATTERY, MOTOROLA P/N Q508; ITEM 0003: 30 EACH, REMOTE SPEAKER MICROPHONE, MOTOROLA P/N AAHMN9052C; ITEM 0004: 9 EACH, CDM 750 MOBILE RADIO, MOTORO P/N AAM25KKC9AA1-N; ITEM 0005: 9 EACH, UNITY GAIN 136-162 MHZ ANTENNA, MOTOROLA P/N HAD4016A; ITEM 0006: 9 EACH, DESKTOP TRAY WITH SPEAKERS, MOTOROLA P/N GLN7326; ITEM 0007: 1 EACH, HT 750 PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE, MOTOROLA P/N HYN9025H; ITEM 0008: 1 EACH, HT750 PROGRAMMING CABLE, MOTOROLA P/N: 3080070N01. Offers sent via the U.S. Postal Service should be mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S.M.C., P.O. Box 1609, Oceanside, CA 92055. Federal Express Should be sent to Contracting Division, Bldg. 22180, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. All offers not sent through the U.S. Postal Service will be considered to be hand carried and direct delivered. Hand carried offers must be delivered to Building 22180, Contract s Division, Camp Pendleton, CA.
