Request for Proposal 663-11-02 is hereby modified as follows: The RFP will be available only from the VA Business Opportunities Systems website for download at no charge on or about September 6, 2001, via the VA Business Opportunities System website at http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. In accordance with FAR 5.102.(a)(7), solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and no hard copies will be provided by the VA. Any amendments will be posted at the website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and amendments. The receipt of offers is changed to September 28, 2001.
