This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The procurement is for the following: 1. King Size Flat Sheets, size 108" X 110", color White, 180 thread count:Cotton/Polyester. Quantity-125 Dozen 2. Queen Size Fitted Sheets, size 60" X 80" Deep pocket, color white, 180 thread count. Quantity-40 Dozen 3. Light Weight Thermal Blanket , size 66" X 90", color white, cotton. Quantity-180 4. Light Weight Thermal Blanket, size 72" X 90", color blue, cotton. Quantity-396 5. Pillows 20% Cotton and 80% polyester with a filling of medium density polyester fibre, standard size. Quantity-996 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1325111840200, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The proposed solicitation listed here is set-aside 100 percent for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification number is 7213 and the Business Size Standard is $10.5 Million/year. Vendor must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item does not apply. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the RFQ and will be most advantageous to the Government. Overall price (total aggregate amount) is the evaluation factor. The following additional FAR provisions and clauses do apply: FAR 52.212-4 is incorporated by reference and will be incorporated in the Purchase Order by reference. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer.
