Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate a contract with Maritime Strategies International, 48 Marney Road, London SW11 5EP UK. This will be for a period of 1 year with 4 option years, for acquisition of a subscription to Bulk Shipping Planning System Service (BPSP) and Customized BPSP for General Cargo & Container Ships with Training for the Program. A proposal will be due 30 days after release. Authority for other than full and open competition is provided through FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. However, all responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. NOTE: All requests for copies of Request for Proposal should be submitted in writing.****
