Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to BBNT Solutions LLC, 10 Moulton Street, Cambridge, MA, 02138-1119. DISA has a requirement for SIPRNET NetFlow data collection and analysis support. The effort will implement NetFlow data collection on the SIPRNET to support network capacity planning, operations, and information assurance. The principle activities will include: (1) architecture development; (2) deployment and operation of a system for traffic collection; and (3) data reduction and traffic analysis efforts. Details of the specification will be faxed upon request. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
