This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number for this acquisition is for MDA113-01-T-0028. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 (Initial Effective 25 JUN 01). The NAICS Code is 3343220. This is a brand name requirement for the Program Manager System by Peter Storer and Associates, with no substitutions in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
