- This synopsis modifies the synopsis (Submission Number 50U7Q1) posted in the CBDNet on 13 August 2001. The quantity of Mini-Eye-Safe Laser Infrared Observation Set (MELIOS) Rangefinders that will be procured is changed from 4 to 12. The rangefinders are being procured on a sole source basis from the manufacturer, Litton Laser Systems of Apopka, FL.
