Description

The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement for delivery of one (1) each Pre-cast Concrete Shelter 24'(feet) X 30'(feet). Delivery is required within 60 days after award of the contract. This acquisition will utilize the procedu res of FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 15.3, Contracting by Negotiation, -Source Selection. This requirement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 332311 with a size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation with the specifications and drawing will be posted on the Robert Morris Acquisition Yuma Contracting Division web site at http://www.yuma.army.mil/contra cting under RFQ. If after reviewing this solicitation, you have any questions you must email them to Ms. Pamela E. Nevels at pamela.nevels@yuma.army.mil before close of business 12 September 2001. Any questions will be answered in an amendment issued on 13 September 2001. This solicitation will require the offerors to submit company experience and past performance information for evaluation to determine the best value to the Government. Consequently, the Government reserves the right to award to other t han the low offeror. The solicitation will not be sent out in hard copy, you must obtain a copy from the above web site.
