Non-personal Service: This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (F26600-01-QA062) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) for this solicitation is 3531 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333120 based on size standard of 750 employees . This acquisition is issued unrestricted. The item description is as follows: Roller Screed for Concrete Finishing, minimum of 22 ft long, maximum of 25 ft long, minimum of three each 7.5? diameter rollers with maximum roller size of 9", self propelled concrete roller screed with forward, neutral and reverse directions of travel. Left and right side operation controller from same side, capable of a minimum 45 ft. per minute operation speed. Powered by diesel or gasoline engine(s). NEEDS TO BE COMPLETE WITH TRAILER CAPABLE OF TRANSPORTING THE SCREED. All bidders must provide product literature and specifications with the quote. Quotes shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to include all costs necessary to provide these items delivered. Price quotes shall be submitted by 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) 14 Sep 01 to 99th Contracting Squadron, 5865 Swaab Blvd, Nellis AFB, NV 89191-7063, attention Sandee Allen. Price quotes may be sent by mail or by facsimile at (702)652-9570. The following provisions and clauses can be viewed through Internet access at Air Force FAR Site, http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The following clauses and/or provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, FAR 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Offerors must include with their proposals a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, which is an attachment to this solicitation). Offerors who fail to complete and submit Representation and Certification may be considered non-responsive. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. The following clauses also apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, DFAR 252.204-7004 Required Central Contract Registration.
